Neighborhood SEEN Features RRG Executive Chef Patrick Roettele

Patrick Roettele was a Florida line cook before joining Beverly Hills Grill as chef decades ago. Today, as Corporate Executive Chef of Roberts Restaurant Group, Roettele continues to put his creative stamp on the Southeast Michigan restaurant scene. Working closely with proprietor Bill Roberts has allowed Roettele to learn from an expert in the field and further develop his culinary artistry. He is featured as a ‘Top Chef’ in Neighborhood SEEN. Roberts Restaurant Group Provides Strolling Dinner for CARE House

On Tuesday, January 27, all of the Roberts Restaurant Group restaurants came together to provide a strolling dinner for the 2015 Circle of Friends Preview Party, an annual fundraising event hosted by CARE House of Oakland County. The non-profit CARE House is a leading resource in the prevention of child abuse. Mia Farrow was the special guest for this well-attended event. (January 2015)

Shrimp and Grits named one of the Freep Five

When The Detroit Free Press went looking for the five best shrimp and grits dishes in the area, Roadside’s easily made the list of restaurants that have put a modern twist on the classic dish. Available during weekend brunch, the Blackened Shrimp and Grits features perfectly cooked shrimp and stone-ground grits, and applewood smoked bacon-and-tomato jam gives the dish a modern flair.
